In my opinion, this template is a semantic reimplementation of [[Template:Warning]], and with a few adjustments (i.e. allowing icon overrides), could functionally be the same.<br />

Alternatively, we could refactor this into a [[Template:Semantic Notice]] or just into [[Template:Notice]] itself, if the ease of use is that big of a concern.<br />
