This NixOS Wiki meeting happened on 12 July 2025.
Agenda
- Discuss whether to create an asynchronous proposal process;
- Discuss and decide whether to adopt the proposed deletion process;
- Proposed main page redesign;
- Discuss color palette and alignment with the branding guide;

Notes
- We decided to start a process for asynchronous proposals and decision making. @DoggoBit to create a page.
- @djacu shared the NixOS Branding Guide and the NixOS Branding repository.
- We will start modifying the wiki templates and CSS variables to align with the brand. @DoggoBit to make a page for the effort
- We decided to move forward with the main page redesign, @DoggoBit to modify the start page and document how the new formatting can be used. Ideally, this should be done via the repository, to be investigated first.
- A status update on the branding migration will be shared at the next meeting.
- We decided to adopt the deletion process, improvements and comments are welcome.
- We discussed how often the meetings should be held, we settled on every second Saturday of the month for now, we can revisit in the future if needed.
