* We decided to start a process for asynchronous proposals and decision making. {{at|DoggoBit}} to create a page.

* {{at|djacu}} shared [https://github.com/NixOS/branding/releases/download/nixos-branding-guide-v0.1.0/nixos-branding-guide.pdf the NixOS Branding Guide] and the [https://github.com/NixOS/branding NixOS Branding repository].

* We will start modifying the wiki templates and CSS variables to align with the brand. {{at|DoggoBit}} to make a page for the effort

* We decided to move forward with the main page redesign, {{at|DoggoBit}} to modify the start page and document how the new formatting can be used. Ideally, this should be done via the repository, to be investigated first.

* A status update on the branding migration will be shared at the next meeting.

* We decided to adopt the [[NixOS_Wiki:Deletion_process|deletion process]], improvements and comments are welcome.

* We discussed how often the meetings should be held, we settled on every second Saturday of the month for now, we can revisit in the future if needed.
