This template is used to display user badges. This is a fun functionality to allow users to display information about their wiki activity, such as belonging to a specific WikiProject. This template shouldn't be used directly, it should be used in sub-templates created as sub-pages to this template. For example, {{user badge/wikiproject popular boards}}.
