Native embeddings-server live hang

In GoLand and presumably the other IDEs, anything that performs an embeddings search such as "Search Anywhere" or "AI Chat" will stall for some extended duration (felt like ~1min) before continuing without the semantic search results. It is resolved with the following code block:

    # Enable the nix-ld packages for JetBrains embeddings-server.

    programs.nix-ld = {

      enable = true;

      libraries = with pkgs; [

        stdenv.cc.cc.lib

        zlib

        glib

        openssl

      ];

    };

```

Because GoLand appears to download this executable at runtime, it might be pretty difficult to patch properly without nix-ld.
