Undocumented template. This template has no documentation, or its documentation is in a non-standard format. Please provide documentation about this template using the
{{documentation}} helper template. Doing so will help other editors use your template, as reading template code can be unwieldy and time-consuming.This template is used to build the table in the configuration collection.
Touching this MAY cause issues with rendering.

Now, why that template? That's to make it easier to automatically sort the list since URLs does not match what is in the line. Furthermore, this makes it easier to change the markup of the whole list when needed.
Parameters
- 1: The text shown in the first column / on the line
- 2: The URL for the configuration
