Scope: splitting non-nix-shell OR turning article into general dev environment tooling
This article started talking about nix-shell (/ nix shell) only, including its title, but then also included nix develop
Devenv was also recently added
Should we split this page for each non-nix-shell tools (in which case we also rename this article "Nix Shell"), or turn this article into a general development environment tooling article (in which case we edit the title to "Development Environment" and also merge Devenv in this present article)?
