Steam launches sucessfully with symlinks in fonts dir.
I have a symlink ~/.local/share/font/system that points to /run/current-system/sw/share/X11/fonts and gave flatpak read-only access to xdg-fonts, xdg-icons /run/current-system/sw/share/X11/fonts and /nix/store.
Flatpak steam launches fine for me.
A lot of work happens upstream and maybe the problem is already fixed. We should consider remove the warning of flatpak steam not working.
However, it's only my personal setup and I am looking for more reproducible results. Merrkry (talk) 06:36, 10 August 2024 (UTC)
