Removed redirection

Hi @Klinger. I just opened the Gamemode page from a search engine and stumbled upon this removed redirection (I have a redirect from old to new wiki set in Kagi, so maybe that's why it showed up in results). Redirections are pretty useful, even if it is just a change in spelling, so I don't see a reason to remove it. Cdro (talk) 14:30, 16 July 2024 (UTC)

I understand. Its true, this tidy up did not consider links from other sites and from browserplugins. Which search engine did you use (I could not see this behaviour)?

Search engines should correct themselves over time, so I think, we can ignore it.

I dont think we should have compatibility (same page names) to the „community wiki“ - but links from other websites are an issue. If you see a needed redirect then just add it. Klinger (talk) 06:39, 17 July 2024 (UTC)
