Is this page truly necessary? It offers no substantial information and seems unlikely to grow beyond a stub. All the crucial details are already covered on the Neovim page. Layer-09 (talk) 10:48, 25 June 2024 (UTC)
- I think it is better to leave it here. Otherwise some information has to be added to Neovim page:
- - it is not a normal distribution installed by scripts on top of a neovim install (it is an nixpkgs package)
- - it uses a separate command
- - it can be installed as an additional text editor

- I believe it would be much better to include this information on the Neovim page. The points you mentioned can be easily and concisely added there. While LunarVim has some differences, it lacks global or home manager options. Since this is the NixOS wiki, it makes more sense to stick to its ecosystem.
- Besides that, I doubt that the NixOS community uses LunarVim extensively enough to significantly contribute to this page. Layer-09 (talk) 12:28, 26 June 2024 (UTC)
- Valid points. Whenever the content is integrated, we can delete the LunarVim page. LunarVim is a bit special in this way, but can of course be integrated in Neovim. Klinger (talk) 13:37, 26 June 2024 (UTC)
