Main page redesign

I did a lift-and-shift of the main page onto the new style boxes we're using (e.g. the Manual of Style. Haven't touched the contents of the page at all, just the box design itself. You can see it here. Feedback welcome. DoggoBit (talk) 16:54, 6 June 2025 (UTC)
