ここは公式のNixOS Wikiです。 NixOS Manual に書かれている、NixOSユーザーガイドや設定例、トラブルシューティングへのヒントなどの事以外のトピックも書かれています。

NixOSはNixパッケージマネージャーとNixpkgsパッケージリポジトリをベースとしたLinuxオペレーティングシステムです。

NixOSが初めての方は概観するために Nix Core Ecosystem を読むとよいでしょう。より詳細な情報は以下を参照してください。

他のLinuxディストリビューションやMacでスタンドアローンなNixを試したい場合は、まず[nix.dev] を参照してください。

Nixのエコシステムには、次のような素晴らしい追加のツールが数多く存在します。例えば：

• Home-manager, ユーザー設定とホームディレクトリを管理するシステム
• Nix Flakes, Nixプロジェクトの依存を管理するための実験的な機能

しかし、これらは複雑である為、無理に使用する事はありません。まずはNixOSのみから始めて、NixOSを充分に操作出来ると自信を持ってください。そしてHome ManagerやFlakesが重要であると理解してから、NixOSのセットアップに統合してください。
